This in-bound marketing agency based in Canterbury is looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager. Responsible for planning and implementing multi-platform paid media campaigns, you will lead and deliver campaigns and strategies for all their clients.

Who are you?

You are an experienced Paid Search professional who can hit the ground running. You will have a minimum of 3-4 years experience with creating, executing and managing PPC campaigns and measuring through Google Analytics. A solid working understanding of Search Engine Optimisation is a bonus too.

You have good written skills and can generate multi-platform paid campaigns. With an excellent eye for detail, you’re confident working independently and autonomously. You have a likeable personality and be confident in presenting proposals and reports to excitable clients.

You are organised and are type of person who enjoys the challenge of an agency environment, working on multiple client accounts and given maximum responsibility to achieve both deadlines and targets.

What does the job involve?

This role involves planning, implementing, maintaining and optimising PPC and Shopping advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, as well as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, GDN and affiliates. You will use your previous experience and knowledge to:

Develop, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns
Undertake competitor analysis
Write and assist with new client proposals and occasionally attend pitches
Write comprehensive and effective strategies for clients
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with paid search and major search engines.
Be given the freedom to devise innovative concepts to gain traction in a very competitive environment.

What are the requirements?

Minimum of 3-4 years paid search experience
An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running PPC campaigns
Experience of multi-platform PPC – Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, GDN, affiliates (Quora and Capterra would be a bonus)
Independent self-starter with great communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
Google Ads and Google Analytics qualified with advanced knowledge of both platforms
Is commercially astute, identifies and suggests opportunities.
Possesses strong business writing skills and able to produce high quality documents.
Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks.
Exhibits a high level of attention to detail.
Is confident and articulate in meetings (internal and external).
Possesses the requisite Project Management skills required to ensure seamless standards of service and delivery.
Has working knowledge of other digital marketing mediums (SEO, social media, web analytics, CRO)
