Would you like to shape your own career in digital marketing?

This digital agency believes roles should be built on your needs as much as theirs, and want to know what you really value at work. What do you need from a company to feel happy? What is important to you to feel fulfilled in a role?

Whether that’s the flexible hours to fit your lifestyle, or benefits that mean something to you; the team here want to know what gets you up in the morning.

Based in Hove, this progressive agency is now looking for a PPC Executive.

You’d be working in a hands-on role, where you’d be responsible for setting up campaigns, optimising and reporting for clients. You’ll work closely with the Paid Media Director to grow the agency’s paid media offering whilst gaining the opportunity to develop your own skill set.

You should have 6-12 months experience in a paid media role or similar, provided you have good knowledge of paid media and a passion for digital marketing.

You should enjoy working with clients and within a team and be someone who takes ownership of their workload. You’ll need some experience with at least one of the following; Google (search, display, shopping), Bing, Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.

Working here, you’ll receive…

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Extra day holiday per year of service
  • Pension scheme
  • Medical cash back scheme or something to the equivalent value of your choice
  • Personalised development plan
  • Regular social and charity events
  • Discretionary bonus scheme
  • Fruit and drinks/beer fridge to enjoy
  • Flexi-time
  • Early finish on Fridays

Salary is £18,000 - £25,000 for this role.

This agency is keen to hear from anyone really wanting to build a career in digital marketing. If you’d like to find out more about them, or would just like to apply, hit the button with your CV. We reply to everyone.
