We hate cold-calling.
RedSprout is a recruitment agency, so you’d be right to assume this puts us in a bit of a predicament.
How do we get new clients? Well, it’s all through clever content marketing. We even won an award for it, although we don’t mention that much…
We’re on the lookout for some more recruiters to join our team. If you prefer modern ways of building relationships and you’re not a typical ‘pushy’ recruiter, you’ll fit right in.
What will you be doing?
Put simply, your role will be to help people find marketing jobs. Your excellent people skills will come into play to make sure it’s a stress-free, positive experience for both candidates and clients.
You’ll spend time getting to know our clients so that you can quickly identify when a candidate is a perfect fit for their team. You’ll be keeping track of the different candidates you speak to, so that as soon as a new brief comes in, you’ll have brilliant people popping into your mind.
We’re a growing company, so we’d love it if you got involved in other projects too. Things like attending events, contributing to marketing ideas and helping us grow our brand. We want everyone to be involved in shaping RedSprout from the get-go!
What qualities to do you need to have?
By working here and meeting your targets, you’ll have the opportunity to make great commission. So, you’ll need lots of drive and ambition, and a little competitive edge won’t go amiss! You should also be pretty resilient, as recruitment is a rollercoaster that offers high highs and low lows. Don’t worry, we have chocolate, coffee and gin for when things don’t go to plan.
As well as being a tough cookie, you’ll still need to have empathy and compassion. Job searching can be a stressful time for some people so it’s important to always be kind.
Lastly, you should be well-organised, proactive and self-motivated.
What’s in it for you?
You’ll have a very generous holiday allowance of 25 days PLUS bank holidays, so you can go on lots of nice trips with all that commission you’ll be making. We offer flexible working and work from home days. You’ll also get a personal development and progression plan, tailored to the direction you want to take your career in.
As well as the tangible stuff like money, progression and annual leave, you’ll also benefit from working at an innovative start-up that is always one step ahead of the rest. We pride ourselves on doing things differently and you’ll be part of something really exciting.
