As an Account Manager, you'll deliver content marketing and integrated marketing campaigns, working with a great team of creatives, digital experts and PRs.
Your people skills will be put to good use as clients will be reaching out to you for all their account management needs. You’ll be getting to know their loves and hates, building great relationships along the way.
In terms of where you fit into the team, you’ll be working closely with the Head of Strategy and two other Account Managers. With the Head of Strategy and MD, you’ll help with the new business process by identifying and approaching potential clients. You’ll also act as a mentor to junior members of the team, supporting them with their growth and development.
For this role, you should have at least 2/3 years of agency experience, but they are open to hearing from more senior candidates as well. As it’s a full-service agency, it’ll help if you have a good understanding of the marketing mix as a whole. You should be a confident person, with good creativity and thinking skills to excite clients with new ideas.
