A well-established travel company is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team of 70 in Tunbridge Wells.
You’d be working with two other marketing managers and a web development team to implement, analyse and report on digital marketing strategies. You’ll work with the in-house team but also benefit from the support of a few digital agencies. You’ll be monitoring their performance and output, whilst challenging their results and recommendations where needed.

For this role, you should be someone with wide digital experience who hasn’t specialised in one particular area, however you’ll need to have strong search engine marketing knowledge. You should be highly strategic and have a technical background, as you’ll be working on website issues and optimising the site correctly. You should be a proactive person as you will also be expected to look for new opportunities and undertake continuous research.

- Constant review of website performance, making improvements to the user interface
- Management of PPC strategy with a proactive approach
