Life is pretty glam at this hair extensions company. Aside from the fact they’re based on an industrial estate in Hersden, but no one needs to know that.
Business is booming and they’re a well-known name within the fashion and beauty industry. To help build on their already massive online presence, they’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team.
- Manage and run all paid acquisition strategies, reporting on performance
- Look for ways to improve the website and customer experience
- Optimise the performance of campaigns and landing pages
- Work to metrics such as average order value to indicate campaign success
You’ll be based at their HQ in Canterbury, working alongside a successful digital marketing agency who share the open plan office. Although you’ll be the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll still work alongside the in-house agency to brainstorm ideas and learn from digital experts.
Training resources are pretty much unlimited, and progression will be fully supported. You’ll be given the opportunity to really make this role your own and be a vital member of a growing marketing team.
Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing PPC campaigns across Google and Facebook. You should also have an understanding of MailChimp, Google Merchant Centre and Google Analytics.
