You will lead the development and execution of this company’s social media and digital marketing strategy. You will really own the social media performance and be responsible for creating some awesome campaigns.
- To review and take over the running of digital channels
- Set short- and long-term marketing and campaign goals, along with executing strategies
- Run all the social media channels
- Generate excellent digital and social content, writing, video production and graphics
- Generate ideas to attract new clients
- Look for trends in customer feedback and optimize content and increase customer engagement
- Analyse web and traffic campaign data metrics using Google Analytics, SEO performance and available data
You should be creative, a good communicator, confident with people and not afraid to get involved with social conversations on behalf of the company. You are self-motivated, resourceful, detail orientated, and you have excellent writing skills. You also have good experience of dealing with multiple clients having run successful digital marketing social media campaigns.
You should be proficient in Google Analytics and campaign management tools. You are comfortable with producing all social media assets, video, infographics etc. An understanding of news media is a bonus to develop digital in the business by spreading the word!
You should have evidence of having successfully planned, run, monitored and reported on substantial digital marketing SM campaigns with an emphasis on social media, especially LinkedIn.
Experience working for a recruitment consultancy is not required.
Salary for this role is dependent on experience but can go up to £35,000 for the right person. For more junior candidates, the range will begin from £20,000 upwards.
